There’s no indication of when the mobile port will arrive but, given that Activision is still hiring for it, it’s likely that the project is still in the early stages of development and probably won’t be out for a while. We can only speculate, but our best guess is that it won’t release until next year, as Black Ops Cold War is releasing this November and it wouldn’t make sense for them to release so close toget
The mode borrows elements from other First-Person Shooter titles, where players need to accumulate 250 points to win a match. To acquire these points, a “Hardpoint” spot is selected on the map, and players need to control the area, leading to intense, constant fighting from both sides. This leads to matches that force players to constantly switch from offensive to defensive, first to capture the Hardpoint, and then to hold it for as long as possible until the location changes elsewh
Zombies mode has been a staple of the Call Of Duty series ever since its first appearance in 2008’s Call Of Duty: World At War , pitting players against numerous period-themed variations of the living dead while controlling such celebrities as former US President John F. Kennedy, David Hasselhoff, and Sarah Michelle Gellar in a variety of fantasy locales. Call Of Duty: Mobile would be no different, adding its own version of the Call of Duty’s Zombies mode last November, although players were told from the beginning that it would only be available for a limited time. Worse yet, many felt that its slower enemies and limited selection of Call of Duty maps were not up to par with its console brethren – a sentiment Activision seems to agree w
There’s still quite a bit we still don’t know about Black Ops Cold War , with zombies only recently teased in some official capacity. It’s not clear whether the game will come with a traditional zombie mode, though, or if zombies will also arrive in Warzo
The screen reads that “Zombie Santa has stolen everyone’s presents,” which explains why Zombie Santa’s skin is so green. This screen also says that players should grab a “Snowy Star as you combat the Northern Snowman.” If players get a Snowy Star, they can receive a “special surprise.” Similar to the Call of Duty Mobile Halloween event , this Christmas event will be for a very limited time, so make sure to hurry to the Battle Royale mode to get some great holiday l
Zombie Santa has a decent amount of life; players can stun him but it will be difficult. To give them an edge, players should hook up a controller for easier controls. Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be a way to kill Zombie Santa at the moment, but stunning him at least gives players some really great loot. Players can stun him over and over by bringing his health to zero, waiting until his health respawns, then repeat
As a casualty of removing Zombies, a second map for the mode, dubbed “Nacht Der Untoten,” will also not be released. On a brighter note, the Community Update also lists several new additions to Mobile , including a new Battle Pass named “Disavowed,” a limited-time mission titled “Spring Into Action,” a new multiplayer map called “Cage,” a new “H.I.V.E.” Operator Skill, and a handful of new weapons, all of which are set to arrive to the game on March 1
Once players have found the Christmas procession, they’ll want to take out the reindeer zombies first. These zombies will drop some loot, but nothing like Zombie Santa will, so clear them out quickly. Unlike Zombie Mode for CoD Mobile , these zombies will respawn, so keep an eye out for them returning to the fray while battling both Santa and other play
Call of Duty Mobile has expanded considerably since its inception, adding several game modes and events like a classic Call of Duty Zombies mode . In the last few days, the developers have added some fun holiday additions to the Battle Royale mode, including a Zombie Santa on a truck along with some reindeer zombies to pull his sleigh. Players can earn some special holiday loot from this Christmasy ev
Activision made the announcement that Zombies mode will be pulled from the game on March 25 th during their end-of-February Community Update post on the r/CallOfDutyMobile subreddit, citing the mode’s poor reception and quality. ” We had always mentioned it was limited but with no explicit end-date, ” the post explains. ” We wanted to see the reception, see the feedback, and see how we can potentially shape the mode for the future. However, the mode just didn’t reach the level of quality that we desir
With all eyes on the upcoming Call of Duty Mobile loadouts of Duty: Black Ops Cold War , which will be receiving an open multiplayer beta next month , it would be safe to assume that that was Activision’s main focus, alongside continuing to support Modern Warfare , Call of Duty Mobile , and Call of Duty: Warzone . However, it appears that Activision does indeed have another Call of Duty project in the pipel
Once players have the Snowy Star, they will want to bring it to the circus, where there is a lone Christmas Tree in front of the tent. Players can then light the tree up, and they are rewarded with a fireworks show and some pretty lights. Weirdly enough, there doesn’t seem to be an actual loot drop from lighting the tree, so the “Special Surprise” is pretty disappointing. Players should add some real rewards for this difficult challenge to their Call of Duty holiday wishl
